Evans Odoom is a development strategist and systems builder focused on sustainable food systems, land restoration, and rural economic transformation across Africa.
He is the CEO of GetCare Foundation, where he leads the design and implementation of programs that integrate agricultural productivity, ecological restoration, and market systems to strengthen livelihoods and local economies.
Evans is the architect of integrated initiatives such as FAHAP (Farming Against Hunger and Poverty) and RECLAIM, which combine farmer support, landscape restoration, and enterprise development to address structural challenges facing rural communities.
With over a decade of experience in development management, he has led community-based initiatives and engaged stakeholders across multiple African countries, including Ghana, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Zimbabwe, and Uganda, contributing to broader regional perspectives on food systems, land use, and community resilience.
His work emphasizes strategic partnerships, local systems strengthening, and practical implementation models designed to deliver measurable and sustainable impact.
