Capacity Building

Strengthening human capital is central to GetCare Foundation’s mission of transforming agrifood systems and restoring ecological balance. Across Africa, millions of smallholder producers lack access to modern production techniques, agribusiness knowledge, climate resilience strategies, and essential tools and resources thereby limiting productivity, food security, and income potential.

Our strategic model focuses on knowledge transfer, leadership development, skills enhancement, and institutional strengthening to ensure communities are equipped not just to receive support, but to drive systemic change from within.

How We Do It

Delivering practical, hands-on training in regenerative farming, soil health, agroecology, and climate adaptation techniques.
Equipping vulnerable groups with agribusiness management, value addition skills, financial literacy, and access to start-up resources.
Supporting farmer-based organizations, community groups, and traditional institutions to improve leadership, transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Providing e-learning tools, remote extension services, and community-based technology hubs for ongoing knowledge access.
Training communities in financial planning, cooperative savings models, credit readiness, and access to commercial markets.
